Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.

What you'll do:

The Information Technology Intern will report to the Technical Support Manager and work with the Desktop Support Specialist and other IT team members in person in our Cincinnati, OH office.

  • Assist in functional team duties, including systems integration design, vendor software setup and configuration, application and technology research

  • Assignment and completion of help desk tickets

  • End user desktop support

  • Application installation and troubleshooting

  • Office 365 setup and administration

  • Windows Server administration

  • Network infrastructure configuration / troubleshooting (switching / routing)

  • Assist in PC refresh project and Microsoft Teams phone system rollout

What you'll learn:

Throughout the internship term this role provides the student with the following:

  • Learn the IT process and systems used within the IT department

  • Learn or further develop the process of documenting work performed on projects and communicating effectively with supervisors and company personnel

  • Further develop skills required to interact with other professionals at varying levels of the company

  • Further develop time management skills and the ability to be responsible for more than one project at a time

What we're looking for:
  • A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time in person during the semester

  • A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Computer Science, Information Systems or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)

  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once
