Job description
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.
This intern will focus on improving SAP master data quality and governance across HUS manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include assessing material master data accuracy and consistency, developing standardized data quality metrics, benchmarking performance across sites, analyzing results, and recommending governance and continuous improvement strategies. The role provides exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering measurable business impact.

- Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, materials management, planning, purchasing, or process improvement is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, MRP, inventory management, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps and inconsistencies, document findings, and develop practical recommendations to improve data quality, planning, inventory management, and operational performance.
