About the Role
We are seeking an Sr. AI Developer who approaches every challenge with an AI-first mindset. As a senior-level member of our IT AI team, you will drive enterprise application modernization by designing, building, and operationalizing AI-powered solutions that replace legacy systems, reduce SaaS costs, and accelerate our digital transformation. This role blends hands-on development, technical architecture, strategic consulting, and executive stakeholder engagement to deliver transformative business outcomes.
Strategic AI Solutioning
  • Design and implement generative AI features using LLMs (GPT-4+, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Build intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and conversational interfaces into business applications
  • Orchestrate multi-step agentic workflows with function calling and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Architect AI infrastructure including vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and semantic search
  • Champion AI-assisted development practices using AI code assistants, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery

Technical Leadership & Architecture
  • Build custom applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks to replace and consolidate SaaS tools
  • Architect scalable, secure, maintainable solutions with enterprise-grade integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian)
  • Design cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) leveraging serverless, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise security protocols
