Tree Of Hope, Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Counseling Intern to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this full-time, remote position, you will gain invaluable clinical experience supporting individuals in our outpatient behavioral health clinic. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to patient needs.
  • Work closely with licensed therapists to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and patient goals.
  • Create and maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to refine your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback on your therapeutic approach.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and support client recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients facing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications
  • Possession of an active Washington Intern License in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
