Project Management Intern - San Francisco

Objective:
Gain hands-on experience in project management within a multidisciplinary design firm while developing organizational, communication, coordination, and proposal development skills through active participation in live projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing initial proposal drafts, including gathering project information, compiling scope, and formatting proposal documents.
  • Help track project schedules, action items, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Attend internal project meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize project documentation, files, and project management tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely communication and information sharing.
  • Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Shadow Project Managers to learn project workflows, client communication, project planning, and delivery processes.
  • Provide general project support to help teams stay organized and projects stay on track.

Salary Range: Estimated between $21 - $23 per hour based upon year in school and previous experience
