Onsite in Greenwood Village, CO
Our client seeks a Full Stack Developer / AI Platform Engineer to advance an AI-driven development ecosystem. The role will build developer harnesses and workflows, integrate AI coding tools, and contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform. The engineer will develop full stack applications in TypeScript and Python, analyze usage data, and serve as an AI evangelist through demos and knowledge sharing. The work will drive adoption and innovation across teams.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $75.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize AI developer harnesses and workflows.
  • Contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform that enables scaled AI-powered development.
  • Design and develop full stack applications and integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI coding tools including Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro.
  • Analyze usage data and develop reporting dashboards and metrics.
  • Serve as an AI evangelist through demos, hackathons, and knowledge sharing.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 to 7+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong experience with AI coding tools and developer harnesses, including Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead demos and drive adoption.
  • Experience building developer platforms or internal tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering (preferred).
  • Exposure to cloud and DevOps environments (preferred).
