What is intern management?

Intern management refers to the process of overseeing and guiding interns within an organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, assigning projects, providing feedback, and evaluating performance. Effective intern management ensures that interns gain valuable experience while contributing meaningfully to the company’s objectives.
