Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a F-15 Radar Depot System Administrator responsible for the administration and maintenance of server and workstation hardware, peripherals, and hosted software applications.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational readiness and sustainment of key mission systems by delivering reliable IT infrastructure support within a dynamic depot-level maintenance environment.
**This role is located ONSITE at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA**
What You Will Do:
  • Administer IT systems in a mixed Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and integration issues in a fast-paced team setting
  • Manage and maintain virtualized environments
  • Support Windows Server or Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication
  • Work with hardware RAID, encryption tools, and server management utilities
  • Perform data backup and restore activities following best practices
  • Install and configure software applications for end users
  • Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain required security standards
  • Provide support in a 24x7 environment, including occasional work outside normal hours
  • Work in a secure, operational environment and maintain compliance by partnering with Cybersecurity teams

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two years of experience with Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication methods
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Certification: DoDM-8140.03, Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program role-based certification required on day one: CompTIA Sec+ CE or equivalent recognized by the Department of War (DoW)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (On-Site)
  • Experience administering Windows or Linux systems in an enterprise environment, including virtualized environments and hardware/OS troubleshooting
  • Experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools, hardware RAID, encryption technologies, and server management utilities

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
  • Experience with virtualization, Windows or Linux system administration, and enterprise backup and recovery solutions
  • Experience with deploying workstations, data migration, using cloning techniques, and supporting desktop hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and core network services such as domain controller, DNS, and DHCP, along with familiarity using incident or service request systems troubleshooting operating systems

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
