Job description

Redlist is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to support brand growth, content creation, and demand generation across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, design, social media, events, and fast-paced problem solving. You'll work closely with the marketing team to help execute campaigns, manage content, support webinars and trade shows, and strengthen the Redlist brand across every customer touchpoint. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is excited about helping industrial teams operate more reliably through modern software.
Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Intern will support brand growth, content production, and demand generation across digital channels. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Update and maintain the Redlist website and landing pages, including copy edits, asset swaps, and page builds
  • Support event preparation and planning, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events (logistics, collateral, booth materials, pre/post-event follow-up)
  • Create, schedule, and post social media content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms, and engage with comments and inbound messages
  • Write and edit blog posts, industry articles, customer stories, and thought leadership content aligned with Redlist brand voice
  • Build and strengthen the Redlist brand through consistent visual and messaging execution
  • Design supporting marketing assets such as social graphics, one-pagers, email headers, and event signage
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to inform content topics, campaign messaging, and positioning
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, building lists, and tracking performance
  • Track and report on basic marketing metrics (website traffic, social engagement, content performance) using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Help maintain organized content libraries, brand asset repositories, and editorial calendars
  • Support video content production, including short-form clips for social and customer testimonial coordination
  • Support advertising on LinkedIn and Google Search

Qualification Requirements
We're looking for a self-starter who can execute quickly, write clearly, and operate with minimal hand-holding. Qualifications include:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube) and best practices for posting and engagement
  • Basic design skills with experience in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for executive, technical, and operator audiences
