Job Description
is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise scale applications supporting warehouse and supply chain systems. This role supports mission critical distribution center (DC) operations and requires strong hands on expertise building and operating systems in Kubernetes environments with Dynatrace observability.
The Senior Developer owns features and services end to endfrom design through production supportand works in cloud native, event driven platforms with real time operational impact. Depending on experience, the role may emphasize Java heavy backend development or UI heavy frontend development, while maintaining full stack collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Ownership
Design and implement end to end application components for new and existing systems.
Own services through the full lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise and platform standards.
Cloud, Platform & DevOps (Must Have)
Build, deploy, and operate applications in Kubernetes based environments (required).
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness, including deployment and rollback strategies.
Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.
Implement and actively use Dynatrace for observability (required), including monitoring, alerting, performance analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
Event Driven & Integration Development
Develop Kafka based event driven integrations, especially for warehouse and supply chain systems.
Implement inbound and outbound messaging with proper retry, error handling, and recovery patterns.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems to ensure reliable data exchange.
Collaboration & Quality
Work closely with Architects, DevOps, QA, Product, and business partners.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and reinforce strong engineering discipline.
Operational Support
Support production systems used in distribution centers, including on call participation.
Design and implement solutions with a focus on availability, stability, and operational impact.

Any monitoring networking system but prefer Dynatrace. Solid understanding of distributed system or supply chain. Anything where they are familiar with warehouse terms (doesnt need to be retail).
Angular on the front end is preferred but not required.
Soft Skills Needed: communication, someone who is able to configure by themselves, we want someone to gather up requirements, being connected with the team is huge here, want someone to go to the team with issues and ideas. Capability to express themselves and need to have patience.
Project person will be supporting: ends and outs of UI as well as the backend, this person would not be supporting just one specific project. Supporting all warehouse applications.
Work Location (in office, hybrid, remote): Needs to be in cinci but flexible if they want to work hybrid/remote
