Job description

As a Student Administrative Intern, over the course of the 8 weeks your role is designed to help support project-based work or ad hoc needs within Guest Relations, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Supply Chain, and other areas as needs arise. This role will be rotational in nature where your needs to support may shift during your internship. Interns will attend team meetings and be responsible for communicating opportunities relevant to assigned projects or tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks. Throughout the duration of the internship, interns will complete a project they will culminate in the form of a presentation. 

  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred. 
  • Skilled in time management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Must have completed sophomore year of high school. 
  • Candidates are required to be enrolled at an IU Health affiliated high school to be eligible for the Student Administrative Intern position.
