About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Event & Campaign Coordinator Intern to support conference research, event planning, campaign initiatives, and special projects. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and taking on new challenges.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, organized, curious, and comfortable with last-minute deadlines and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Research conferences, events, and industry opportunities.
  • Gather and organize conference information into Excel spreadsheets and tables.
  • Assist with event planning, research, and logistics.
  • Develop recommendations and proposals based on research findings.
  • Support campaign and special projects as needed.
  • Help prepare presentations and materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to team members.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Take initiative to research and solve problems independently while knowing when to ask questions.

Qualifications

  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
