Position Summary
As an HR Intern you will assist members of the team with administrative HR tasks as well as specialized projects. You will have the opportunity to learn some of the ins and outs of HR Operations, and what functions drive and support our most important resource - our people!
Duties & Responsibilities
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in organizing historical records in the HRIS
  • Creation of human resources forms or documents as requested
  • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support the department
  • Use various tools to acquire information, interpret data and present findings or results on the projects
  • Administrative support for compliance requirements
  • Prepare reports or documents as requested

Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Ability to:
  • Work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Always be willing to learn something new

Education and Training:
  • Must be a part of an accredited College/University
  • Preferably studying Finance, Business Management, Human Resources
  • Needs to be familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation And Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $18.00 hourly)
