HIRING: Hardware Test Engineer – Verification & Validation
Location: Plymouth, MN

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of test engineering experience with a Bachelor’s, or 2+ years with a Master’s
• 2+ years of electromechanical systems experience
• 2+ years of functional hardware testing
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical, automotive, or defense
• Hands-on component-level and system-level verification & validation
• Experience developing test procedures from product and system requirements
• Test plans, protocols, procedures, reports, and requirements traceability
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, force/pressure gauges, calipers, thermometers, flow meters, and scales
• Functional testing of mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, and integrated systems
• Experience with design verification and validation of electromechanical products
• Strong requirements analysis, risk evaluation, and test coverage skills

• Test automation, scripting, or data analysis
