Position Summary  
FlexTG is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to support clients across the greater Colorado area.   In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining printers and copiers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and building strong relationships with customers in the field. 
  
Key Responsibilities  
  • Respond to and triage service calls for printers and copiers within your assigned territory 
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment to maximize uptime 
  • Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, including handling escalations as needed 
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams by opening and managing support tickets 
  • Accurately document service activity, including call details, parts usage, and meter readings 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and end users at all times 
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams regarding service updates 
  
Minimum Qualifications  
  • Prior experience servicing printers and copiers required 
  • Experience servicing HP, Ricoh, and Lexmark devices is preferred  
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and repair 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and desktop technology 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 
  
Preferred Qualifications  
  • Experience managing a service territory or supporting multiple client accounts 
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests 
  • Experience working directly with manufacturers or escalated technical support
