What You'll Do

  • Build and scale an internal analytics platform for the Ottawa Senators, contributing across the full development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve featuresleading projects and owning your work from design to production.
  • Develop highly usable features all the way through the stack to support our growing enterprise customer base.
  • Drive best practices in software engineering through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and advocacy for clean, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
  • Scope and plan projects effectively, balancing speed with long-term sustainability.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of our platform.


What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a track record of building scalable applications.
  • Expertise in Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong front-end skills with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Belief in writing tests and building robust, maintainable code.

The salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $165,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscripts total rewards package.
Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
