From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role Our engineering internships provide handson exposure to working alongside experienced professionals in a GMPregulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Engineering Interns support daytoday activities related to equipment, facilities, and utility systems, while gaining practical experience with engineering documentation, data collection, and project support. Interns assist with observing and supporting troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement initiatives, while adhering to established procedures, safety practices, and quality system requirements. Support Engineering and Validation teams with equipment, facility, and utility-related projects in a regulated biotech manufacturing environment.

Assist with documentation activities, including data collection, report formatting, and controlled document updates (e.g., SOPs, protocols, logs). Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities under supervision. Assist with data analysis and trending related to equipment performance, environmental conditions, or process improvements

Participate in commissioning, qualification, or validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ support) as appropriate to project scope. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Operations. Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures at all times.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process enhancements. Requirements Currently a rising senior or junior pursuing a degree from a local college or university in Engineering or related discipline. Must be local to York, PA.

Must be able to continue an on-going internship duration during academic semesters, outside of semester breaks. (i.e. part-time or a minimum of 8-15hrs/week throughout the academic semesters)
