Job description

Job Title: Assembler / Spot Welder Operator – 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate.

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembler / Spot Welder Operators to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position is responsible for assembling components, operating spot welding equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or construction experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications
  • Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
  • Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
  • Meet daily production and performance goals
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of manufacturing assembly or construction experience
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate spot welding equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Ability to work required overtime as production demands
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous spot welding experience
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Experience reading work instructions or blueprints
  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience
