As part of our Investment Operations Product Area, you will contribute to the development of enterprise products within this product area. You will collaborate with colleagues from Ukraine, Poland,Denmarkand Germany, while gaining deepexpertisein applied finance and modern software engineering practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing.
  • Define and own test architecture and quality strategy at team level.
  • Balance active coding (C#, APL) with guiding automation initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the team.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by monitoring coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing skills.
  • Represent the combined QA/Dev approach in cross-team forums.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (POs, TLs, architects) to align technical and quality goals.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for complex defects and ensure preventive actions.
  • Advocate for andimplementimprovements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.
  • Continuously assess and improve engineering processes, recommending new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and software quality.
  • Represent the team in technical forums and contribute to cross-team knowledge exchange.
WHAT WE VALUE

We are looking for an engineer who hasdemonstratedleadership abilities: Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™sdegree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, ora relatedfield. 7+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev/QA responsibilities. Expertisein .NET / C#. Known for impactful leadership, resulting in improved efficiency and project success among engineering teams. Extensive background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy. Solid experience in architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications. Extensive knowledge of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures (Microsoft Azure experience). Deepexpertisein CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps). Thorough understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design. Familiarity with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, continuous integration). Experience with relational databases (SQL). Readiness to learn APL,developingnewfeaturesanddebuggingexisting functionality, with full support from our team throughout the learning process. Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken. Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
