Job Description:
  • Work with the Test Engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain production test program for Microcontroller devices.
  • Support Si validation activities including characterization, qualification, and production testing.
  • Assist in debugging test issue and improving test coverage and efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize test data using ATE.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Semiconductor Physics.
- Basic programming or scripting experience. Experience with lab equipment: scope, DVM, waveform generator, etc.
