A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are looking for a highly motivated College Superintendent Intern/Coop, who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. At ARCO, an Intern/Co-op has the opportunity to assist Superintendents with the following:

  • Work on the jobsite and get hands on experience from our expert field personnel on projects in various working stages, working directly in the Mission Critical industry
  • Learn various skills from the Superintendent on the job including creating schedules, talking to subcontractors, running a project smoothly from start to finish and working with the Superintendent on the job.
  • You will make a meaningful contribution to ARCO’s success, performing critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • Ability to work onsite in the fall, spring or summer.
  • Local to Indiana
  • Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree programs.
  • Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
