Gray AES is looking to add an Electrical Engineering Intern in our Lexington, KY office for Summer 2027.

Who we want... (Requirements)
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Revit experience preferred.
Qualifications
What we expect... (Essential Functions)
• Design interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security systems.
• Document calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculations.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure that the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submission.
• Review contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals.
• Other duties as assigned

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
