Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent in overall project coordination
  • Attend and document project meetings
  • Update and maintain project filing system, all sets of drawings, specifications, and logs
  • Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
  • Prepare complete, accurate and timely submittal logs
  • Prepare and maintain RFI logs, submittal logs and expediting logs
  • Accurately process, distribute, and manage RFIs
  • Cost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheets
  • Ensure Contract Document Logs are maintained and updated as needed
  • Prepare and document extra work orders
  • Review and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveys
  • Compile contract close out documents
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions as needed
  • Development of bid packages to managing schedules

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 2 + years of experience a plus
  • Electrical experience is a plus
  • Must understand the entire construction process from design through project close-out
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
  • Ability to prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam and scheduling is a plus
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills

Physical Requirements
  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
  • We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable accommodation measures that may enable qualified disabled applicants and employees to perform essential functions.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
