Service Manager – Electrical
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
About Master Electric
Master Electric is a trusted electrical contractor serving the Las Vegas Valley for over 30 years. We provide commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical services and are expanding our service division to meet growing demand. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our residential and commercial service teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential and commercial electrical service departments. This role will manage field personnel, coordinate service calls, support customers, prepare estimates, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of residential and commercial service electricians
  • Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely response and completion
  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and change orders for service work
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee safety compliance, quality control, and service documentation
  • Implement and support Service Titan CRM and service management processes
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
  • Monitor team productivity, performance, and training development
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and service history
  • Collaborate with company leadership to grow and improve service operations

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in the residential electrical industry, preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory, foreman, or service management experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems, preferred
  • Experience with troubleshooting, service work, and field support
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Service Titan, Microsoft Office, or similar software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, assessment testing, and drug screening
