Job description

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Company: Volt N’ Vent / JNB Services (Electrical + HVAC)

 About the Opportunity

We’re not your typical electrical company.

We’re a fast-growing, owner-operated electrical + HVAC service company focused on high-quality residential work, strong customer relationships, and real earning potential.

You’ll work directly with company owners, not layers of management. We’re building something big—and we want sharp, motivated electricians who want to grow with us.

If you’re tired of being just another number and want a role where your performance directly impacts your income, this is it.

 Compensation

  • $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission opportunities
  • Bonus potential on:
    • Electrical upgrades
    • Service add-ons
    • HVAC conversions

Strong performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions.

 What You’ll Be Doing

This is primarily residential service electrical work with strong earning potential through performance:

  • Hot tub / spa electrical installs (60A, subpanels, disconnects)
  • Main panel upgrades & replacements
  • EV charger installations (Tesla / Level 2)
  • Ceiling fan & lighting installs
  • Troubleshooting & service calls
  • Running new circuits and subpanels
  • Customer-facing recommendations and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for HVAC upgrades (training provided)

 Bonus Income Opportunities

We actively encourage cross-trade sales:

  • Earn commissions on:
    • HVAC system upgrades
    • Mini split installs
    • Electrical panel upgrades
    • Additional service work

If you can communicate value to homeowners, your income potential grows fast.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong residential service experience
  • Clean, professional, customer-first attitude
  • Ability to diagnose, explain, and recommend solutions
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and upgrades
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Valid driver’s license

 Huge Plus If You Have

  • Service sales / upselling experience
  • Panel upgrades & heavy-up experience
  • Spa / hot tub wiring experience
  • HVAC familiarity (not required)
  • Experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM

 Why Join Us

  • Work directly with ownership
  • No corporate red tape
  • High-income potential beyond hourly pay
  • Strong pipeline of residential service work
  • Opportunity to grow with a scaling company in Las Vegas
