Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated intern to help us with our production and content writing. This individual should be passionate in creating engaging content.

Job Responsibilities

Production Tasks

  • Fulfill business requests submitted through production tickets and ensure that the content updates on the brand website are accurate and in accordance with MBS styling guidelines

  • Scan through the brand website(s) and identify areas for improvements or requires alignment with guidelines

  • Liaise with ticket requestors to clarify on requirements whenever required

  • Assist with content population tasks for projects and enhancements

Content Writing

  • Proofread and update blog posts as needed

  • Conduct content competitive analysis to help the team understand the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunity gaps when it comes to competitors' content marketing activity

  • Perform simple copywriting for short-form copies if required

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Must be from related academic disciplines in Marketing, Communications

  • Internship period: January - June (6 months) / June - December (6 months)

Experience

  • Some experiences with copywriting (preferred)

Other Prerequisites

  • Able to put customer experience as the top priority

  • Possess strong analytical skills

  • Meticulous with an eye for small details

  • Willingness to learn and explore new grounds

  • Well organized and detail-oriented
