As a Lead Data Management Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading the assessment, design, and implementation of data management, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled solutions for government and public sector clients
  • Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements to align solution design with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives
  • Building and integrating automation frameworks, data pipelines, scripts, and enterprise solutions using Python, ServiceNow, Playwright Automation, UiPath, and other automation technologies
  • Researching emerging automation and artificial intelligence technologies; developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and pilot solutions; and evaluating alternatives to traditional enterprise automation platforms
  • Designing and integrating capabilities such as intelligent document processing, generative artificial intelligence services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock, and AWS Textract to improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes
  • Leading technical execution, testing, deployment, continuous improvement, and stakeholder presentations, including demonstrations, workshops, and solution roadmaps

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or another technical field
  • 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting data management, data engineering, or automation solutions
  • 5+ years of experience developing workflow automation solutions using Python, ServiceNow, Playwright Automation, or UiPath
  • 3+ years of experience implementing data governance, metadata management, data quality, or master data management processes
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting government or public sector data modernization programs
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.
