Starboard Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is searching for an experienced Product Manager. Opportunity is with a leading Canada based tech company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth product discovery to identify user needs and define clear product specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to build and refine product prototypes and MVPs.

  • Develop and implement data-driven product analytics frameworks to monitor key metrics and collect user insights.

  • Leverage data analysis and user feedback to guide product enhancements and drive continuous innovation.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

  • Work alongside geology and data science SMEs to convert technical requirements into actionable product functionalities.

  • Partner with the content team to create detailed training materials and product documentation.

  • Interact with customers to gather insights, validate assumptions, and enhance the product experience.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a proven history of delivering successful software products.

  • 3-5 years of product management experience.

  • Strong expertise in product discovery, requirement gathering, and analytics-driven decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in agile environments.
