Consults with various stakeholders throughout the organization to analyse their information needs and determines analytical requirements for system application and data processing solutions, including selection of appropriate data sources, tabulations, statistical methods and analysis, and communication of results and insights
Builds Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization solutions to meet business and systems needs by thorough requirements gathering, software component designing, coding, testing, and effective review
Uses DW/BI toolkits to collect, record, and provide access to data and assist the enterprise in making better business decisions
Provides support to existing DW/BI solutions using architecture and development best practices including data design, data transport, data access, data visualization, and data quality/metadata techniques
Designs and develops services for transformation, integration and reporting solutions
Provides feedback and consultation on analytical capabilities and integrated data assets to business partners in order to mature the vision and direction for BI
Applies industry best practices and promotes standards for execution and delivery approach
