Milton CAT is looking for a part-time IT Support Intern/Co-Op. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate striving to succeed in a career that develops new skills while performing a variety of tasks that include analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides IT support to our employee's company wide.
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities
  • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Process offboarding equipment (collect, wipe, and redeploy devices)
  • Answer and log inbound IT requests via phone and email
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Assist with monitors, docking stations, conference room tech, and peripherals
  • Support IT inventory tracking and equipment ordering
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the IT team

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a Computer System/Information Technology program
  • Basic computer and hardware knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Willing to learn and follow processes
  • Youth Employment Permit required if under 18
  • Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted.
