Job Summary

Navaide is seeking a motivated and curious Technology & Innovation Intern to support a variety of business and technology initiatives across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience working with emerging technologies, automation solutions, artificial intelligence tools, data analytics, and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and contributing to innovative projects that improve organizational efficiency and decision-making.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist with the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions and AI-enabled tools that improve business processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Support data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting efforts to help stakeholders make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, process maps, and project artifacts to support solution implementation and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance business operations, user experience, and organizational efficiency.


Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platforms, or similar technologies.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency level with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
  • Eligible for a USgovernment security clearance
