This position will be the critical business lead responsible for accelerating Mondelez's ambition across ourTarget business bydelivering activation across our brands and driving our digital commerce flywheel.The position partners deeply with the Target Customer Business Team (CBT).This role will work closely with theTarget team(both MDLZ and customer)to driveintegrated marketingactivations across modalities for all of our brands andgrowth strategies acrosstheelements ofour MDLZ Digital CommerceFlywheel: optimizing online assortment, maximizing online availability and in-stock rates, working closely withinternal MDLZ teams tooptimize content, build searchstrategies and manage retail media execution.


Ultimately, theSrTarget Omnichannel Activation Manageris responsible fordeliveringMondelez's long-term growth, activating our brands at our key customers to driveconversionand integrating all Target digital commerce operationsinto our everyday business management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plansin partnership with our Customer Business Teams andHQ category planning teams. This includes ensuring our eCommerce best practices around assortment, content,searchand activationare incorporated into customer plans.Lead digital stewardship - assess key flywheel opportunities,develop and drive projects to address opportunities, recordlearningsand best practices to be shared across the MDLZ organization.Partner across Target and the MDLZ organization to remove barriers for growth.
  • Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brandsat Target in partnership with the CBT and headquarters brand teams.Develop and build strategies forbest-in-classconversion to propel our Target business in achieving our aggressive growth goals.Responsible for brief development, brainstorms,programsell-inand execution.Manageagencies,partnershipsand cross-functionalstakeholdersas necessary to ensure program success.
  • Partner with our retailers to improve theirdigital commerce and activationcapabilitiesand roadmap. This includes capability assessments and transparent conversations with the retailers around how they compare in the marketplace and how we can work together to achieve best in class.

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
