The Talent Acquisition Intern will play an important role supporting the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various recruitment projects across different departments. Interns are expected to work between 20-40 hours per week for a duration of one year.

  • Internship Recruitment: Partner with the Talent Acquisition and broader HR teams to manage internship recruitment across various departments.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Campus Engagement: Build relationships with universities, student groups, and academic departments to promote job and internship opportunities.Candidate Management: Manage, recruit, and pre-screen both domestic and international candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Organize orientations and assist in preparing onboarding materials and processes.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews for interns.
  • Career Fairs: Represent the company at university job fairs and campus networking events to connect directly with potential talent.
  • Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with other business and functional units to address their human resources needs.
  • HR Support: Provide additional support to the Corporate HR team on various tasks as needed.
  • Special Projects: Engage in special projects related to human resources.

Work Conditions:
  • Minimal local travel may be required to attend campus events and career fairs.
  • Extended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs.

Education
  • Must be a college student or recent graduate, working towards a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in a Human Resources or Business concentration.

Experience and Competencies

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information.
  • Experience in administrative support, HR, or customer service is an asset.
