PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and Competitive Intelligence in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to ground internal decision-making in data
  • Use data to establish operational rigor, track priorities, and deliver unvarnished updates that push for clarity and outcome-driven action across the team
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including internal planning, Biomarker Strategy, and leadership-driven special projects
  • Support external pharmaceutical and academic partnerships through materials preparation, internal alignment, and rigorous tracking of next steps
  • Prepare materials for conference and stakeholder engagements, capturing actionable insights to refine internal strategy
  • Operate without a finished playbook, applying data and structured thinking to untangle ambiguous problems and deliver actionable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred
  • 4-7+ years of experience in combination of strategy, business operations, consulting, or business development within pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or life science technology
  • Strong scientific literacy with an understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical partnerships, strategy, or cross-functional R&D workstreams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in life sciences and its application to biomarker discovery and clinical development
  • Strong organizational project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure follow-through
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, testing assumptions with data to break down complex problems
  • Clear, direct communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • An ownership mindset that identifies gaps and executes with pace and precision in a dynamic environment

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact work at the intersection of AI, genomics, and therapeutic development, while supporting the execution of key initiatives across strategy, partnerships, and cross-functional teams. You'll be part of a fast-moving team working on some of the most important challenges in precision medicine.
