  • Lead competitive bidding processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) and negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to align procurement strategy with operational needs.
  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for global Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects across manufacturing sites and business units.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, service agreements, installation support, spare parts packages, and long-term maintenance agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier technical capabilities, project execution history, financial stability, and global support footprint to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Support global manufacturing expansion, transfer, consolidation, and automation initiatives through effective supplier engagement and project sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain preferred supplier relationships for key CapEx categories including automation, machining equipment, assembly equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, and facility construction services.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage total cost of ownership (TCO), lifecycle costs, energy efficiency considerations, and standardization opportunities.
  • Monitor supplier performance related to project timelines, equipment quality, commissioning support, installation execution, and post-launch support.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, global leverage, standardization, and multi-site sourcing synergies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, capital approval processes, contract requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

  • Resolve supplier performance issues and support root cause/corrective actions.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams to anticipate demand, prevent downtime, and ensure MRO readiness.
  • Standardize indirect material sourcing processes across multiple company locations to leverage scale.
