Job description

Intern, AI Operations & AutomationThis is a high-impact internship for a recent college graduate to support the HelloFresh President and the Executive Office. You will function as a technical force multiplier, using cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork to amplify the President's output and accelerate special projects.

The ideal candidate is an AI "power user" who can move with extreme speed and agility to translate the President's vision into functional tools and automated workflows. You won't just be writing code; you will be the engine behind a new way of working, demonstrating how AI can radically compress the time between idea and execution.

You will... * Act as a Force Multiplier: Amplify the President's impact by rapidly prototyping tools and automating workflows that allow the Executive Office to operate at 10x speed.
  • Automate & Streamline: Use Claude Code and Cowork to build autonomous agents and scripts that eliminate manual bottlenecks in executive operations.
  • Support Strategic Evangelism: Build "live" demos and proof-of-concepts that the President can use to champion AI adoption across the entire organization.
  • Rapid Development: Apply "vibe coding" principles to build, test, and iterate on internal tools with minimal formal specifications and maximum agility.
  • Collaborate with the CoS: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
You are... * An AI Native: You are intimately familiar with LLMs and prompt engineering, specifically how to use agentic tools (like Claude Code) to build software and automate tasks.
  • Agile & Fast: You thrive in a high-pressure environment where "done is better than perfect" and can pivot quickly based on executive feedback.
  • A Technical Catalyst: You are passionate about the future of AI and can demonstrate its power to both technical and non-technical leaders through working products.
  • A Proactive Builder: You don't wait for a 10-page requirements doc; you take a high-level goal and return with a functional solution.
  • Outcome-Oriented: You focus on the "vibe" and user experience, ensuring the tools you build are intuitive and actually solve the problem at hand.
At a minimum, you have... * Education: Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • AI Tooling Mastery: Proven experience using Claude (Code/Cowork), GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development environments.
  • Coding Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Portfolio: Examples of projects (academic or personal) where you used AI to accelerate development or automate a complex process.
  • The "Vibe": The ability to work intuitively and rapidly, translating a high-level executive goal into a functional tool with speed and agility.
This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities. However, the Company reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reassign work tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet changing business needs, operational requirements, or other factors.
