Preferred Location: Oklahoma City, OK; Ogden, UT; Mechanicsburg, PA; Montgomery, AL
Percentage Travel: 25%

Database Engineer
REQUIRED SKILLS
MariaDB SME - Key Skills
Deep expertise administering, configuring, and tuning MariaDB databases in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with database high availability, replication, clustering, failover, and disaster recovery solutions.
Proficiency in SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, and database scalability.
Linux administration experience with automation and scripting using tools such as Ansible, Bash, Python, or Terraform.
Database security expertise including encryption, access controls, auditing, backup/recovery, and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting cloud, hybrid-cloud, and mission-critical environments with strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
ServiceNow SME - Key Skills
Deep expertise administering and configuring ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Catalog modules.
Strong experience developing workflows, automations, integrations, business rules, Flow Designer solutions, and REST API connections.
Knowledge of CMDB governance, asset management, service mapping, discovery, and configuration management best practices.
Experience building dashboards, reporting, performance metrics, and executive-level operational views.
Understanding of ITIL processes, change control, compliance, audit support, and service management governance.
Strong troubleshooting, customer engagement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills supporting enterprise environments.
