If this describes you, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Engineer-In-Training in our West Palm Beach office. If selected you will gain meaningful engineering experience on highway projects including roadway studies and design, drainage and utility systems, preliminary and final design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, project scheduling, and large, complex highway corridors.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in transportation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of civil engineering experience, prior relatable internship/co-op experience preferred.
  • Proven communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs.
  • Experience with or capable to learn Bentley OpenRoads Designer and Autodesk Civil3D.
  • Experienced in and fully capable of using the Microsoft software suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm.
  • Proven strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.
