Temporary, Paid Internship (Fall 2026)
Duration: September 8 - December 24, 2026
Location: New York, Fashion District
We're looking for a PR Intern to join 1Milk2Sugars for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, hourly internship designed to provide hands-on agency experience. You'll work alongside our PR team on day-to-day projects while gaining mentorship and building a portfolio of real client work.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; minimum of 3 days per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET).
Compensation: $18.00 Hourly, Students may also receive academic credit in addition to pay if approved by their institution.
This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and interns will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
What you'll do
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports
  • Draft press materials and assist with media outreach
  • Support event planning and influencer engagement
  • Maintain media databases
  • Coordinate mailers and product send-outs
  • Conduct research on venues, influencers, and trends
  • Provide general administrative and reception support
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
  • Strong interest in PR, media, and beauty/lifestyle industries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
  • Availability to support occasional events outside regular business hours
