You'll also have opportunities to develop customer service skills by interacting directly with guests and working as part of a fast-paced team. Many cafes encourage interns to learn about inventory management and assist with basic administrative tasks, providing a holistic understanding of the business. This exposure can be a valuable stepping stone for further roles in hospitality or management.
