Company Description Rancher Hat Bar offers a unique, immersive experience where guests design and create their own one-of-a-kind hats in a vibrant, hands-on environment.


Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for multiple accounts. Work closely and assist the founder with projects and manage their platforms. Responsibilities include capturing and editing photos and short-form videos in-store, writing engaging captions, and assisting with content calendars and campaign ideas that highlight the in-store hat bar experience. The intern will monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in a brand-appropriate tone, and track basic performance metrics to help optimize content. This role also collaborates with store team members to feature events, promotions, and customer experiences while maintaining consistent brand voice and visuals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with familiarity across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including branding, audience engagement, and basic analytics.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, engaging storytelling, and professional in-person and online interaction.
  • Experience using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar) and mobile photo/video editing apps.
  • Demonstrated creativity, attention to visual detail, and an interest in fashion, lifestyle, or experiential retail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
