The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious healthcare professional looking to grow into an Administrator role while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff.

Working alongside the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator will help oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Administrator with the day-to-day management of facility operations.

  • Support department leaders in achieving operational and clinical goals.

  • Help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Nursing, Admissions, Social Services, Rehabilitation, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Business Office departments.

  • Assist with survey preparation and regulatory inspections.

  • Promote resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.

  • Support employee engagement, retention, and staff development initiatives.

  • Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Help maintain a safe, efficient, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.

  • Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License or Administrator-in-Training (AIT) experience preferred.

  • Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living, or other healthcare setting preferred.
