There are two ways you can be converted:

  1. Hiring Manager has approved headcount and a position that they wish to directly convert you to your next assignment ( no surveys required and would be initiated by Hiring Manager to NA Talent Acquisition Early Careers Team)

OR

  1. All that are not direct conversions will be reviewed as a group based on the current function or engineering subfunction led by the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Operations and/or Talent Acquisition Coordination teams and functional recruiters (surveys required)
  2. Functional Talent Scouts (function or engineering subfunction), who are CC03 or higher employees, and have many years of experience, are selected by the business to make hiring decisions for managers.
