Job description

Role Description
Senior Pigment Consultants are responsible for working with our customers to design and build innovative EPM solutions customized to fit the needs of their business. This role will lead customer implementations and be responsible for coaching customers and internal resources on best practices and implementation skills in Pigment. Successful candidates will excel at balancing competing priorities, which include leading and model building on client engagements as well as team coaching.
What You'll Do
  • Review existing customer models and business processes
  • Facilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers. Translate user stories into executable project/sprint plans
  • Collaborate with clients and peers to design and deploy scalable end-to-end, solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements
  • Lead project team in building Pigment models in line with best practices and agile implementation framework
  • Apply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the technology platform throughout customer projects
  • Coach and develop project team members (including internal team members and customer resources) through co-model building, training, providing opportunities and feedback
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and foster a positive end-user impression of the EPM tool that promotes adoption
  • Provide support, enhancements and training
  • Utilize Agile Project Methodology throughout the implementation; support customer and staffed team in maintaining the overall health of the implementation
  • Participate in internal initiatives as needed
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% (dependent on customer preferences and need)

What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience implementing financial planning solutions
  • 7+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) or equivalent Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, Operations experience
  • Understanding of and experience with agile project methodology
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as drive to continuously learn and embrace professional challenges
  • Experience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models
  • Proven track record of analytical problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both in-person and remote settings to internal and external stakeholders (customers, coworkers and industry peers)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Ability to drive results independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
