Individuals in intermediate roles are expected to work independently on routine tasks and may handle more complex assignments under supervision. These positions often require 2-5 years of relevant experience and may involve mentoring junior staff or collaborating with other team members. Intermediate professionals are developing their expertise and preparing for more advanced responsibilities in their career path.

What types of projects and responsibilities can I expect as an intermediate level professional?

You may mentor junior team members, contribute to project planning, and participate in cross-functional meetings. While you'll still receive guidance from senior staff, increased autonomy and responsibility are common, helping you further develop your expertise and leadership skills. This stage is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and prepare for advanced roles.
