Job description

Yulista Solutions LLC Regular Essential Roles & Responsibilities: * Provide technical expertise across the program acquisition life cycle in quality, mission assurance and manufacturing to the government for the assigned MDA programs.
* Apply QMA manufacturing principles and industry best practices to program activities.
* Participate in cross-functional teams conducting quality, mission assurance and manufacturing evaluations and assessments, for existing and developmental missile defense components. Activities include providing on-site verification and auditing at Developer facilities to ensure that robust controls are in place for quality assurance practices including foreign object debris, electrostatic discharge, and contamination.
* Participate in assessments, tests, or technical interchange meetings to assess processes and practices for compliance with industry standard and MDA accepted quality, mission assurance and manufacturing strategies, policies, and standards. Report results. Activities include providing on-site verification and auditing at Developer facilities to ensure that robust controls are in place for quality assurance practices including foreign object debris, electrostatic discharge, and contamination.
* Support manufacturing and test readiness activities, to include (but not limited to) production readiness reviews (PRRs), pedigree reviews, first article inspections (FAIs), manufacturing assistance activities, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Risk Working Group, and the MDA four phase test process.
* Review data from developer's and track available manufacturing metrics for MDA programs.
* Provide weekly status reports on activities and issues of concern.
* This position supports MDA/THQ FMS and is located at MDA facility on Redstone Arsenal with expectation to work onsite 1-2 days per week with transition back to fulltime at MDA facility. Otherwise telework from home is authorized when not required to be onsite.
Travel periodically, approximately once per quarter and may include overseas travel to Saudia Arabia. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Professional engineering from a school of engineering Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET) accredited as professional engineering curriculum with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing quality, mission assurance and manufacturing support for systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for operational programs.
* Experience leading and promoting the implementation of quality, mission assurance and manufacturing principles across the program acquisition life cycle.
* Experience working as a member of a team and assists with solving complex problems.
* Experience implementing systems engineering and manufacturing processes application across the program acquisition life cycle.
* Experience applying technical, and scientific knowledge of the production, quality, and mission assurance discipline.
