The Opportunity 

As our Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our marketing technology, websites and landing pages, and accelerating our performance through key automations and dashboards in collaboration with our marketing, intake, and IT teams. 
 
Accountable for 

  • Performance of multiple websites and key landing pages across the business 
  • ​​​​​​​Overseeing key website vitals and performance metrics  
  • Developing, testing and debugging maintainable, clean code 
  • Designing and optimizing user experience/interactions on our web applications 
  • Ensure responsive design and accessibility of applications and websites 
  • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimization 
  • Setting up servers and databases 
  • Building automations that streamline workflows and campaign deployment 
  • Designing and building dashboards to track key business performance metrics 
  • Working with graphic designers to design and install new features 
  • Maintaining security, scalability and speed of web development efforts 
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members 
  • Work with vendors to integrate third-party applications and APIs into our platform seamlessly 

 
Qualifications 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a full stack web developer, with 5 years of experience with WordPress 
  • Web development skills: HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap 
  • Experience with Vanilla JavaScript 
  • Familiarity with WordPress theme builders (ex. Divi, Thrive, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with phpMyAdmin database management 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility principles 
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools to accelerate production and analysis 
  • Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting ad operations and technical issues related to marketing tracking and analytic tools 
  • Knowledge of server configurations and hosting environments 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce 
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation services 
  • Experience developing lead-generating, conversion-driven landing pages 
  • Experience with call tracking technologies like Call Rail 
  • Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue 
  • Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook and desire to innovate 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
