Job description

Description

This position is to support the upcoming flu season. There will be 2 weeks of intense flu clinics that start on 10/7-10/18. They are OFF on the 14th. Hours are from 7:30-4pm but I need the admis here at 715am SHARP every day for those 2 weeks. Both admins will be assisting us with Flu Program which involves the following o Help set up flu clinic stations for nurses o Check in staff for their flu vaccine and enter each vaccine administered in Cority (our EMR) o Greet and direct staff to each nurse’s station o Provide staff VIS form to read prior to seeing the nurse o Maintain an inventory of supplies in the flu clinic and contact OHS program manager when running low o Assist in cleaning and storing supplies at the end of the day o Responsible for other general office duties such as copying VIS and Flu Log forms After the 2 week clinics we go to a few offsite locations such as 10 Brookline place and, 20 Overland and Drydoc. These clinics are scheduled during normal business hours not as early as the 2 week clinics. Transportation will be provided. Once clinics are complete the admins will assist us with data entry until end of November.
