Interior Project Managers are professionals who oversee and coordinate the planning, design, and execution of interior spaces in residential, commercial, or institutional projects. They work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified design standards. Their responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
