Inside Sales / Design Consultant

West Fargo, ND

Hebron Brick Supply is seeking an energetic, customer focused Inside Sales / Design Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and builders visiting our showroom. You will help customers navigate the material selection process, provide exceptional service, and assist in creating outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for showroom customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Guide customers through the product selection and design process.
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the interior showroom and outdoor display areas.
  • Organize and stock sample rooms and displays.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure exceptional service and project completion.
  • Assist with administrative and sales-related tasks as needed.
  • Support team members and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
